You know what, I’ve been asked that before
and I don’t really have a favorite genre. I don’t
really believe in the pigeonholed of genres. I
just think its Electronic Dance music, I don’t
believe in genres to be honest. Anything goes
you know and that’s what I’ve done in this album. You just have to experiment.
What would you say has been an incredible
moment in your career so far? What do
you wish to see in the near future in regards to your career?
My career is so far, there have been many
humbling moments in it while being on tour,
singing, on the road, and performing in front of
sixty thousand people and singing the song
that you wrote in your little studio and they are
singing it back to you. I’ve gotten to work with
so many amazing people and my heroes. It’s
always those moments that have made it hard
to pick one moment. These are some amazing shows that I’ve worked in, it’s just all amazing. It’s so great to see how much a song
meant to somebody else apart from you, it’s so
close to you, and once you finish it and release
it, you’re giving it away to people and you hope
that they take something away from it. Some
of the amazing stories that people have told
me, they say things like, the song means so
much to them, that they heard it in a special
moment. It’s fascinating!
What inspires you to make music? What
do you believe inspires you to wake up in
the morning and just tell yourself, let’s
make some music today?
