feeling that I wanted people to feel when it
comes to the album. I guess my main paranoia or focus was just to make it sound like
one body of music and not make it sound
really disjointed you know. There is some
House-y stuff; there is some Trance-y stuff,
some Chill stuff on there. There is Rock stuff
on there, and I was really conscious of if just
so it can sound good. That was my main
achievement to fulfill and I feel I’ve done that.
I just hope some people can get some enjoyment from that and interest from it. So they
can enjoy listening to it in the car, at the gym
or anywhere.
I really liked the track with Paul Van Dyk.
Yeah, that track was very fun to do; I actually
got to perform it with him. It was fun!
In this album, you’ve worked extensively
with so many good Producers. What exactly drew you to these types of Producers,
since they are mostly Trance Producers?
I guess I came to the Dance arena outside of
my first tracks with Trance with Tiesto, and
some songs with Armin. I guess there was always going to be some Trance feel to some of
these tracks in this album and you know because that these kind of guys already know my
work as well, we kind of met through with them
on the road, it just happened organically. Armada puts us in touch with Producers and that
is always going to be the case, we end up
working together, and it’s great. It’s been
something real to work with.
So, what would you say your favorite genre
is?
