National Honor Society
Cornerstone has established its own honor society chapter through its affiliation with the National Honor Society( NHS). The NHS is the nation’ s premier organization established to recognize outstanding high school students. Since 1921 it has honored students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of scholarship, leadership, service, and character. Academically qualifying students may apply for membership during their junior or senior years as outlined in the charter.
