semester. Additionally, participation in optional extracurricular activities( such as athletics participation, field trips, etc.) that require payment is prohibited when a student’ s tuition payments are not current.
No student who has an outstanding tuition balance will be allowed to attend the following year, nor will s / he be considered graduated from the school without the consent of the school board.( Diplomas and transcripts will not be issued to these graduates until tuition accounts are current.) Outstanding tuition balances past the school-year end must have a repayment plan submitted and approved by the school’ s finance committee. Failure to make payments on outstanding balances will result in the account going to collections.

Withdrawals

When a family decides to withdraw a student after signing a tuition contract but before the school year has begun, the family is contractually obligated to pay the non-refundable first month’ s tuition, as a signed contract constitutes a saved seat for a student and places prospective students on a waiting list when seats are at a premium.
If it becomes necessary to withdraw a student from school after the school year has begun, tuition and fees are due for the entire semester in which withdrawal takes place. Families experiencing a significant life-changing event may submit a written request for an exception to the school board, which must be presented to the Head of School. A withdrawal form must be obtained from and submitted to the office before tuition adjustments due to life-changing events can be requested.
Pre-K students are required to pay through the last quarter of the school year, once the last quarter has begun, even if they relocate out of the state or country.
