The request for transfer of records includes the transfer of health records. All immunizations must be up-to-date before a child may begin classes. Children in grades K, 6, and 10 must have a physical examination by a licensed physician. Local doctors have forms from the Manchester public schools for this purpose, which are the ones we also require.
Admissions Test for Students Entering Grades 1-12

Tuition & Fees
Tuition
The Cornerstone Christian School is not publicly funded; therefore, it must rely on tuition, contributions, and gifts to cover the cost of quality education for its students. Parents have a variety of payment options as outlined in the application packet.
To streamline processing, only tuition payments made in full or in two equal installments may be paid directly to the school at the beginning of the school year( or at the beginning of the second semester for second semi-annual payments). All other payment arrangements must be set up through the FACTS Tuition Management’ s web service in coordination with the school’ s business manager. Information for FACTS enrollment is provided with the parents’ annual tuition contract or through the school’ s website at https:// online. factsmgt. com / signin / 3JFQZ. Parents can create their online account with FACTS and direct their tuition payments to be withdrawn securely and confidentially from their bank checking or savings account. A one-time annual service fee is charged by FACTS in order to set up an account. A penalty fee will be charged by FACTS for each failed attempt to withdraw from your payment account. Any other payment arrangements must be requested of and approved by the school board’ s finance committee. Requests can be submitted to the business manager.
Upon completion of the enrollment / re-enrollment application and acceptance to the upcoming school year, parents will receive a tuition contract outlining their tuition costs, any financial aid that is being awarded, and the payment plan chosen at the time of enrollment. Parents must sign and return their contract to the business manager by the established due date as part of the registration process.
