Up-To-Date Information
Prior to the start of the school year and when completing the annual enrolment process , parents / guardians are invited to review and update contact information , including emergency contact and student health information . Parents / guardians are urged to take these opportunities to review and update the information on record , as required . If updates are required at other points of the school year , please contact the main office of your daughter ’ s school ( ECE , Junior School or Senior School ).

Emergency Pick-Up
In the event of an emergency , it is essential that the School can contact a parent / guardian or the appointed emergency contact . The emergency contact must be someone other than a parent / guardian . When naming an emergency contact , parents / guardians must take into consideration anyone who they would rely upon , who they would trust with the care of their child and who would be responsive should the parents / guardians be unable to come to the school to pick-up their daughter . For example , in the event of an earthquake , there may be another parent / guardian at the school whom parents / guardians would trust with the care of their child .
Vaccination Status Reporting Regulation
The Vaccination Status Reporting Regulation ( law ) came into effect on July 1 , 2019 . According to this regulation , immunization records of school-age children by Public Health are required to be up-to-date in the Provincial Immunization Registry . Parents / guardians can use this tool to find out if your child ’ s record is in the provincial registry . If a student ’ s immunizations are up to date and their record is in the Provincial Immunization Registry , nothing further is needed . If , however , a record is not in the provincial registry and your daughter is missing some or all immunizations , parents / guardians will be contacted by a public health nurse .
The School is required to provide public health with class lists and to facilitate the distribution and collection of student consent for immunization forms . The School is not
