The School communicates with the community by posting information on several websites to access anytime and anywhere , and by pushing out messages by email and text ( SMS ). Keeping the community up to date with what ’ s happening at the School is what creates and maintains a strong connection within our community .
To stay connected , secure login information and accurate contact information are required . New families receive login information at the time of admission . All families are asked to update their contact information twice a year , in the annual Student Information Questionnaire ( summer ) and at the time of enrolment ( winter ).

The School has a secure portal where parents / guardians can access individualized information about their daughter / s including report cards , timetables , course information and the social directory . Parents / guardians will also access the Student Information Portal to book parentteacher conferences , and to complete annual Student Information Questionnaire and questionnaires related to enrolment ( Financial Agreement , Enrolment Terms & Conditions and Policies ).
Email Communication
The School uses email to communicate important notices regarding security alerts , key dates , events , school closures and information related to report cards and parent-teacher conferences . It is the responsibility of parents / guardians to ensure they are reviewing emails from the School .
Junk Mail Filters
In order to prevent Crofton House emails being filtered for junk / spam mail , it is strongly recommended that parents / guardians add communications @ croftonhouse . ca to the contacts and the approved sender list in your email program .
