• All vendors must have proof of business license, insurance, and health certifications.
• No use of house kitchens.
• Catering kitchens are to be set up in carport areas and AstroTurf or flooring required.
• Food trucks must be approved. If approved, an oil pan must be provided.
• Portable food carts such as taco stations must have floor cover.
• Attaching or drilling into any part of the fundamental existing structures is prohibited.
• Use of tape on any painted surface is forbidden, including floors. Proper removeable tape must leave no residue.
• Pyrotechnics, smoke devices, flammable or explosive materials that might be considered hazardous are not allow on or in the property during the event.
• Floor protection( such as rugs or blankets) must be used under placement of any heavy objects or objects that could damage floors.
• Pets or other animals are not allowed on or in the property during the event without the express written consent of Natural Retreats.
• All properties are non-smoking.
