Guest Parking & Transportation
• No guest parking on residential streets.
• Vendors must park in nearby commercial areas.
• A signed transportation letter with plans is required.
• Transportation letter must include the intent to use Lyft, Uber or taxi for guests.
• Use of a bus shuttle and / or valet requires a signed contract with the transport company in order to apply for the event permit and the city valet permit.
• Client or valet must secure off-premises parking for valet during each scheduled event.
Event Floorplan & Timeline
• Provide either a mockup or CAD drawing of the floorplan for the event that encompasses all event use areas, including table seating, bars, lounge areas, the dance floor, catering kitchen, generator, dumpster, and restroom rentals. This must be completed a minimum of 70 days prior to the event and is a required part of the event permit process.
• A full and detailed timeline is required for vendor deliveries and noise abatement. This can be adapted as needed but is required 70 days prior to the event as well.
• City rules require events to conclude by 10 PM.
• All guests must leave the property by 10 PM.
