Client is responsible for the following:
• The client must provide three copies of the general liability insurance coverage certificates to Natural Retreats.
• The policy must name Natural Retreats as an additional insured and must cover a general liability limit of not less than $ 2,000,000 and a property damage limit of not less than $ 1,000,000 prior to the event date.
• The insurance coverage certificate must also name The Event Home and the City of Palm Springs as additional insureds.
• The client must also obtain and submit the insurance approval to Natural Retreats for all vendors performing services at the event.
