ATHENS MOTOCROSS PARK: This off-road race course near Athens is a highly rated track for motorcycle and ATV racing. The track is a hybrid layout with tall berms and 20 jumps or obstacles. The park is open on select days and camping is also often available for $ 10 per person.

ATHENS SCUBA PARK: The Athens Scuba Park offers scuba training and recreational diving. The park sits on 28 acres with a swimming pool and a lake that averages 25 feet deep. Services include equipment rental and sales, scuba training and certification and diving trips. Kayaking, swimming or floating, camping and RV hookups are also available.
