Summer is here! It’ s time for long, relaxing, restful days as well as some new adventures in the pines of East Texas. Whether you enjoy active days outside, shopping or fun indoors in the AC, there is a long list of activities for you to enjoy offered not far from home, but maybe a short drive to the next county. This year we have put together a guide of some of the top places to visit, eat, stay or play within the borders of Anderson, Cherokee, Henderson and Navarro counties.
