HAZWOPER Site Supervisor

This course is designed for personnel who are on-site managers and supervisors directly responsible for
or who supervise employees engaged in hazardous waste operations (40-Hour General Site Workers).
Topics include: corporate safety and health programs; employee training requirements; personal protective
equipment programs; spill containment programs; respiratory protection programs; medical surveillance
programs; and state-of-the-art practices and procedures.

Lockout / Tagout

This course is designed for personnel who may be exposed to hazardous energy in the workplace.
Participants will learn about the role and responsibility of the employer to develop and implement an energy
control program (lock-out/tag-out), for the protection of workers while performing servicing and maintenance
activities on machines and equipment. In addition, participants will learn how to detect hazardous conditions
and implement control measures as they relate to the control of hazardous energy. This course is also
designed to assist participants in the development and implementation of energy control programs, including
written isolation procedures, and periodic inspection of energy control procedures.

NFPA 70E Arc Flash Awareness
This course is designed for personnel who may be exposed to shock, arc flash, or arc blast hazards, or are
responsible for making decisions regarding employee safety and NFPA 70E regulatory compliance. This course
provides personnel with the knowledge to make sound decisions and institute safe work practices resulting
in a much safer facility. Topics include: electrical safe work practices; recognizing electrical hazards; arc flash,
arc blast, shock, electrocution hazard/risk category classifications; approach boundaries; inspecting and
selecting proper PPE; meter safety; emergency procedures; OSHA requirements; and, NFPA 70E requirements.
