Confined Space Entrant / Attendant / Supervisor
Participants will gain the skills and knowledge needed to operate as entrants, attendants, and entry supervisors. The overall objective of this training is to protect those entering or working around confined spaces. There will be classroom instruction along with a hands-on demonstration. To participate in the hands-on portion, please bring your full body harness and safety shoes. Course is in compliance with 29 CFR 1926.1201-1213( new construction regulation) 29 CFR 1910.146 and CCR Title 8 Sections 5156-5158.

CPR / First Aid / AED Blended Learning
This class combines the convenience of online learning with a shortened practical skills session in order to meet both knowledge and skill objectives for learners. The blended learning course option requires two parts; first part is the online portion and can be completed at work, home or wherever you have internet access. When finished, the participant will have the capability of printing a completion certificate to present to the instructor. The second part of the learning includes a hands-on, Instructor-led, in-class skills session to complete your learning.

This course is designed for those who possess current CPR / FA / AED certifications. Students will review the techniques of CPR on adult, child and infant, first aid treatment, symptoms to look for when there is danger, and AED equipment operation and maintenance.

CPR / First Aid / AED Train-The-Trainer
This two-day training session qualifies instructor candidates as certified instructors to teach the American Safety & Health Institute( ASHI) Basic First Aid, CPR, and AED course material. Manikins are used for hands-on demonstrations of typical real-life circumstances. Teaching techniques, presentation skills, and suggestions for making classes dynamic are addressed. Prequisites for registration include documentation of first aid and CPR training within the last 2 years.

DOT Hazardous Materials
This course is designed for any workers who package, ship, load or transport hazardous materials, substances or wastes. Students will learn to select the correct shipping name, labels, packaging materials, loading, compatibility and placarding for all modes of transportation. This training is for“ haz-mat” handlers as defined by 49 CFR and complies with sections 173.1 and 172.704. Topics covered include: general awareness, functionspecific training, safety and security awareness.
