He had a far-reaching impact on the Brown County community through his support of our nursing home, his push for the expansion of water and sewer services, and his creation of a banking service that helped finance the growth of tourism. He served on many community boards, and his leadership made things happen. He also did a lot behind the scenes. Who was he?
