PUMPKIN CAKE
Ingredients:
- 250g of sugar
- 250g of flour
- 250g of pumpkin
- 4 eggs
- 100g of olive oil
- 4 envelopes of soda of confectionary
Method:
1.Firstly, roast the pumpkin for about 20 minutes and later grind it in a
bowl.
2. After that, add sugar, flour, eggs and olive oil in another bowl and mix it .
3. Add the dough inside the mould, add the soda and the pumpkin.
4. Finally put the mould in the oven at 120 degrees for 30 minutes.
