Cookies & Cream Smoothie

Ingredients Method
1 cup almond milk
1 cup coconut water or just normal water
1 tbsp. raw cocoa nibs( this gives it its cookie crunch!)
1 tbsp. cashew or almond butter 4 medjool dates 1 banana 1 tbsp. chia seeds

Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until combined!
This recipe is delicious, wholesome and nutritious and really helps to get me up in the morning. It ticks all the boxes for me- its dairy free, gluten free and refined sugar free while still being incredibly yummy! Gives your body the kick start it needs for the day:)

Ingredients Method
2 bananas 1 cup frozen blueberries 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. honey 1 cup preferred milk choice

Chop up 2 bananas and freeze. Take frozen bananas and 1 non-frozen banana and place in a blender. Add frozen blueberries, cinnamon and honey. Pour in milk. Blend until smooth( approx. 1.5 minutes). For best results use a food processor and not a blender. Add shredded coconut on top.
Mermaid Spirulina Smoothie Bowl

1 banana, frozen 1 apple ½ pear 1 kiwi 3 tbsp. soy yoghurt Juice of ½ a lemon 3 spirulina tablets

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and process until you get a creamy smoothie texture. Top with your favourite fruits and berries and enjoy!
