Cinnamon Scroll Smoothie

Ingredients Method
1 handful of spinach 2 frozen bananas
1 green apple, cored( it must be green)
6 pitted dates( if they are a bit hard soak in some boiling water for 5 minutes)
2 tbsp. of raw honey 2 tbsp. of cinnamon
1 tbsp. vanilla extract( not the imitation stuff)
3 tbsp. yoghurt( I use lactose free) 1 cup any milk( I use almond) ¾ cup water ¼ cup pecans ¼ cup Brazil nuts ½ cup ice

Put all of the liquids into a high powered blender( like a Vitamix, BioChef or Ninja- if it is not high powered it will be too grainy). Add the rest of the ingredients( just so all the liquid is on the bottom of the blender). Blend on low, then increase to high speed until everything is smooth.

1 ripe peach, pitted and sliced
5 large strawberries, stems removed
⅔ cup chilled coconut water( I recommend Cocobella, but if you can get to a farmers market buy a fresh coconut it makes all the difference)
1 shot vodka( optional)

Blend all ingredients together in a blender until completely smooth. Pour into a jar glass, add a paper straw, sit back relax and enjoy!

Add all ingredients to a NutriBullet cup or in a blender and fill with water. Blitz until combined!
