Donna’ s Choc-Protein Balls

Makes about 10 protein balls These no bake protein balls are super healthy and super delicious! They are the perfect snack and so easy to make.
Ingredients Method
2 tbsp. cacao powder 1 tbsp. natural peanut butter 1 cup shredded coconut
1 scoop of your choice of chocolate protein powder
½ cup oats

Combine cacao powder, natural peanut butter, protein powder and oats in a food processor and process to combine. Add a little water if mixture seems too dry and this will help to combine. Scoop out a tablespoon of mixture at a time and roll to form balls. Then roll each ball in the shredded coconut. Eat and enjoy!

I use the below recipe at least once a week to fill my lunch box without the sugar and calories!
Ingredients Method
2 cups almond meal 2 eggs 3 tbsp. of organic honey 1 tsp. bicarb soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 mashed bananas 1 tsp. organic vanilla essence

Pre heat oven to 180 degrees and line a loaf tin with baking paper. Mash bananas and mix with eggs, vanilla essence and honey. Stir in Almond meal and bicarb soda. Pop in the oven for 40 minutes. Take out and enjoy all week!

1 cucumber, thick slices( 2-3cm thick)
½ cup grated cheese ½ cup grated carrot Lemon juice( optional)

Using a spoon, scoop out one side of cucumber. Combine cheese and carrot and lightly pack into cucumber( cups). Add a few drops of lemon juice if desired.
