This recipe is gluten & dairy free!
Ingredients Method
200g raw nuts( I personally prefer almonds, cashews and walnuts)
400g pitted dates ¼ cup raw cacao powder 1 tbsp. organic coconut oil ¼ cup shredded coconut

Blitz ingredients together in a food processor( Or you could use David Jones Vitamix). Blitz until fine crumbs and looks like a dough mixture. Roll ingredients into ball shape. Cover with shredded coconut. Store bliss balls in the fridge.

Nuts: According to Nutrition Australia nuts are a great source of healthy fats, protein & fibre. Dates: Great alternative to sugar! Cacao powder: According to‘ Superfoods’ book by Rena Patten( purchased at DJs) raw cacao contains more flavonoids than any other food! Also includes vitamins & minerals such as B1, B2, B3, B5, B9, E, magnesium, iron, copper, zinc, sulphur and potassium.
