kitchens where her experience with their clients was completely different. Kim even answered a plea for volunteers to do holiday crafts with our kids. As a former preschool teacher, Kim loves working with children and signed up immediately to give even more of her time. She spent several hours with our Little Learners making paintings and picture frames. Everyone had a wonderful time, and at the end of the day every child went home with a hand-crafted framed picture of themselves to be treasured by their families for years to come. When asked what inspires her to stay involved, Kim says “Our House works. It makes sense. It breaks the cycle of homelessness. When you see the results of what Our House can accomplish, it inspires you.”
