Assessment of Motor and Process Skills course (AMPS)
AMPS is an innovative observational assessment that is used to
measure the quality of a person’s activities of daily living (ADL). This
is assessed by rating the effort, efficiency, safety and independence
of 16 ADL motor and 20 ADL process skill items, within the context
of performing chosen, familiar, and life-relevant ADL tasks. Venue:

Mobilisation of the neuroimmune system

research on neurodynamics and neuroimmune science to provide
a clinical reasoning framework to identify those patients who will
benefit from neuroimmune mobilisation. The course updates and
refines the essential practical skills to examine and manage the

Undertaking remote occupational therapy assessments
Access Independent
A course covering the reality of undertaking remote occupational
therapy assessments by Skype or similar for adults and children to
enable them to live independently at home. The course will
consider for example bathing, toileting, access, kitchen
assessments etc and is for occupational therapists working for
local authorities. The course will be run by Scott Bembridge an
occupational therapist experienced in working with local authorities.
