We ’ re also making some voting changes . In the past , we ’ ve put everything to members ’ vote . In the future , where it ’ s legally correct , BAOT Council will vote on changes to our operating rules ( known as Articles of Association ).
We ’ ll be sharing the proposed changes with members on our governance hub and providing opportunities for you to understand more about them , ask questions and meet with Council to discuss them , before they go to our Annual General Meeting on 27 June .
