French Canadian artist Cynthia L’Ecuyer proudly displays her interruptions of popular Disney fairy tale princesses on the art web site deviantart.com under the screen name MecaniqueFairy. She currently works as a 2D artist for Frima Studio in Quebec. Her steampunk visions are fun and unique as you can witness by the examples on this page, from a scuba-inspired Little Mermaid, to a very brainy, periodappropriate Belle. Cynthia’s interpretations are set apart, without a doubt, with flair and fun, and steampunk pizazz.
