Pumping Fun at Kartatak Raceway Tuggerah
Kartatak Raceway Tuggerah is the ideal
location for your family’s entertainment as
it is Australia’s only all-weather indoor drift
karting arena, specifically designed to
safely get the adrenaline pumping.
Whether any of your family are novelist or
have experienced kart driving, the kart
drifting experience is second to none.
It is not all about who is the quickest
around the track, instead, once a little
confidence in the kart’s operation is gained,
all drivers quickly are working towards
sliding the karts around the corners and
eventually around the whole track.
Spectators find the action thrilling and
as the driver’s confidence levels rise so
does their ability to conquer the drifting
challenge. Everyone driving achieves a level
of accomplishment and afterwards always
talk about their experience with others.
Children aged from 4 to 7 years with a
minimum height of 110cm are able to
accompany an adult driving either one of
the Kartatak tandem or side-by-side
double karts. At age 8–11 the children are
able to drive on their own one of the
Kartatak junior karts (all children aged 4 to
11 years wear a Kartatak compulsory safety
accredited driver’s neck brace). Aged 12
and upwards all drivers can experience
driving the Kartatak full drift karts.
There are great special family group
booking packages available 7 days a week
and always discounted drives packages on
weekdays including school and public
holidays.
Children’s birthday parties are a
regular event at Kartatak, requiring a
minimum of 6 drivers per party group
booking, with options of 2 x 10 min drives
or 3 x 10 min drives. Packages include
bowls of crisp chips, Cheezels,
