A Note on Phones:
Phones
Since most phones nowadays have
pretty decent cameras on them,
using a phone to take the occasional
photo is fine. Phone cameras are
also a great choice for local
historians!
If you are interested in applying for the
state position of historian, it is much more
helpful to have some sort of camera
separate from your phone. Phones take
great photos, but storage runs out quickly,
and the quality on an actual camera is
much better than that of a cell phone!
