CHOOSE COMFY OVER CONFINING
While the season has changed, so has your bump. What's fall without fabulous fashions, right?! For you mommy, let' s fall back a bit and opt for comfy over, over confining. Find attire that is loose - not too loose, flowy, and stretchy. Stretch pants or leggings paired with a cute flowy top is not only trendy, but most flattering. Boots are hot, but try to stay away from the ones with a high heel, mommy.
STAY CLOSE TO HOME
While you may be use to traveling during this time, try to avoid that at all cost. Stay close to home, mommy. Which also means staying close to your obstetrician. Also, take it easy and avoid the crowds by shopping online! Its way less stressful and can be lots of fun!
GET YOUR R & R
The holidays is a time for giving, but you can not give too much of yourself, mommy. You and baby are #1 so make sure you are getting plenty of rest and relaxation. Learn to say "NO" and commit to it. Don't take on more than necessary. Lack of rest can not only affect you, but your baby. Accept help from family and friends. The best gift to put on your Christmas list is a prenatal massage.
