TRY-MESS-TERS
Exercise Daily
Pregnant or not, exercise is the best stress reliever. However, before starting a work out routine, mommy, check with your OB. I'd recommend walking for 20 - 30 minutes over anything more strenuous. Also remember to stay hydrated!
MAINTAIN GOOD EATING HABITS
Mommy, you may want to eat everything in sight, but DON'T. The things that we eat and drink impact our mood, energy levels, and ultimately how we deal with stress. You may get the urge to snack more, but whilst stashing those goodies into your purse, make certain you are choosing the snacks that are not loaded with sugars and carbs. Moreover, do not eat undercooked foods and for my bakers - no tasting the cookie dough! Can you say salmonella? Oh and don't forget to take your prenatal vitamins! Try to get into the habit of taking them around the same time everyday.
BOND WITH BABY
Take time out for you and baby to bond. From about 23 weeks, your baby can hear you and has probably learned your voice! Take some time out to sit and talk, sing, or read to him or her.

Enjoy your pregnancy, mommy to be. Do not let the holiday season stress you out unnecessarily. Take everything in stride. You are
not and should not be alone in this. Ask for help! Remember you
got a plus one or two or three with you at all times and what-
ever you do affects them.
Happy Holidays!
