Autumn is one of my favorite times of the year. It is so perfect! The leaves are changing colors and the air is a bit cooler and crisp. There's also the smells of pumpkin spice, fresh baked apple pie, and the sounds of giggles and the pitter patter of tiny feet that came to gather and we can not wait til they leave, lol. I'm half way kidding! Autumn or fall which ever you choose to call it, is the perfect time to reconnect with family and friends both loved and not so much, lol. However, it brings about a lot of stress. Oh how ever will we make it through, my fellow bumps?! Oh, but we will, so no worries! I'm going to share with you some things you can do to keep the holiday stress at bay.
