The work resulted in the team eliminating obsolete processes and automate almost all remaining processes associated with Officeworks’ 30 Day Business Accounts. These changes will result in an annualised saving of approximately $1 million reduction in CODB and will assist the team in supporting the growth of 30 Day Business Account customer base.
