Vendors are tracking ahead of 2024( the last time we were at the State Fairgrounds). Board member expectations for Champ show were discussed. Board members are expected to help out as much as possible. The cost of camping for board members at champ show was brought up. Historically, board members have not paid for camping during Champ Show, but it was discussed if it needs to be changed to help with Champ Show costs. Liz will send out an email to board members, asking them their champ show volunteer availability and camping requests. For saddle clubs wanting to volunteer, particularly with ring crew, they should contact Karson who handles ring crew. For ring stewards and scribes, members should contact Lynn. Facebook posts asking for volunteers will go out. Julie shared that the trophy plates have been ordered.
