Board Members Absent: Dustin Heck, Karson Duncanson

Meeting was called to order by Lynn-Ellen St. Martin at 7:04 PM Public Open Comment: None Secretary’ s Report: Liz Bauer
A motion was made by Keith Sather, seconded by James Duenow, to approve the July 1, 2026 meeting minutes. Motion carried unanimously.
Treasurer’ s Report: Mandy Gustafson absent. Report prepared by Mandy, presented by Liz Bauer.

Balance Sheet and Income Statement was presented; YTD Net Income( Loss) is($ 20,711.91). LYTD was($ 9,098.55).
A motion was made by Lori Taylor, seconded by Paul Hansen to approve the June 27, 2026, Treasurers Report, subject to audit. Motion carried unanimously.
Correspondence: 24 late membership requests were received since the July Board meeting.
Committee Reports:
Awards Banquet: Julia Northwick The committee has found a live band with Karaoke, but the cost is $ 2,900, almost double what was budgeted for. The board discussed the possibility of a DJ, or asking Mitch Gordan Band to return. Another thought was looking into a possible sponsorship for the band for the banquet.
A motion was made by James Duenow, seconded by Lori Taylor, to increase the previously approved budget for banquet entertainment from $ 1500 to $ 2000, and any additional money would need to be sponsored. Motion carried unanimously.
Julia will talk with WSCF about possibly hosting the silent auction again this year.
