Our new service will be consistent with the nationally defined Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team clinical model. Crisis Clinicians will be instrumental in establishing the service and then delivering intensive home treatments, alongside senior support workers, to service users in their own place of residence. You will be a registered occupational therapist with substantial experience and a proven track record in demonstrating Trust values in delivering services. You’ll have excellent clinical assessment and risk management skills and be able to work flexibly and dynamically in challenging and changing circumstances.
