We work closely together to provide the highest possible level of clinical
expertise and care to our clients to prevent admission to hospital, help
people get home as soon as possible and optimise independence.
We are looking for Senior Specialist (Band 7) Occupational Therapists to
lead and motivate our clinically-led holistic Rapid/Urgent Response and
Supported Discharge Teams.
You will have responsibility for the assessment and rehabilitation of your
own caseload as well as providing supervision and leadership to more
junior staff. This post will allow you to develop and utilise your specialist
clinical skills in the management of people with complex health and
social care needs whilst providing you with an excellent opportunity
to develop your leadership skills and participate in wider service
development.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

ERS provides specialist support within a small and caring environment
for our pupils, many of whom have additional needs.
We are seeking a fully qualified and experienced Occupational
Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team to work with pupils across
the school. The successful candidate will be required to assess and
provide individual and group treatment for children covering a broad
range of needs, which include DCD/Dyspraxia, Autistic Spectrum
Conditions, physical/medical needs and sensory processing
difficulties, as well as other diagnoses/difficulties.
You will join a friendly and cohesive integrated teaching and therapy
team. To be considered for this role, you must be registered with the
British Association of Occupational Therapists, have HPC registration
and have experience of working with similar services.
