Fitness Funk Hour Enjoy an evening of exercise and dance fitness with your friends. This program will blend upbeat music with easy-to-follow choreography, for a total body workout. Participants will learn a variety of dance-based fitness combinations that will help improve strength and endurance, while increasing memory and sequencing. All abilities are welcome! Goals: Increase endurance and strength through dance-based exercise. Improve memory, coordination and sequencing. Come check out Gym Night! Every week, we will head to the gym where we will enjoy a pick-up game of the group’s choice. When we are done, we will head out to grab a bite to eat. All sports played will be team sports and will be decided by the group the week before. Everyone should wear athletic clothes and shoes. Athletes should bring $10 for dinner.
