Adult Programs
Traveling Tourists
Tour Chicagoland’s hot spots as you enjoy an afternoon of social interaction with your peers. You will visit new destinations each week and indulge in lunch
out on the town (Please bring $15 - $20 to cover the cost of lunch each week). Sign up for all outings or the ones that interest you. Each outing has
a separate transportation and program fee. A valid state-issued I.D. verifying your age as 21 or older is required each week. If you register for
transportation, NSSRA will pick you up at home and drop you off after program.
Goals: Enhance socialization with peers. Increase awareness of community leisure skills. Improve money management skills.

Attention all movie lovers! Today we will spend a relaxing afternoon having lunch and Program Code/Fee:

movie will you choose? The group will be contacted with movie times and lunch options
prior to April 4. Options will be based on movie times and locations. Program fee

Let's discover the hottest and coldest hot spots in the solar system at Chicago's Adler
Planetarium. We will spend the day exploring the many exhibits the museum has to
offer. After a quick lunch break at Galileo's Cafe, we'll enjoy watching the live show,
Destination Solar System. Program fee includes admission to the museum.
Please bring additional spending money for lunch and souvenirs.
Time to show off your swing! Join your friends at a local competitive driving range. No
experience necessary! Whether you are a golfing pro or this is your first time at the
driving range, let's try it out. First, we will have a quick bite from its fresh and unique
menu, then we'll hit the driving range! After you are golfed out, we will grab a sweet
treat at a local ice cream shop! Program fee includes the cost of golfing and ice
cream. Please bring additional spending money for lunch.
Join us as we visit the wildest hot spot in Chicago! The Lincoln Park Zoo is located in a
shadow of skyscrapers and is a free oasis for generations of animal lovers! We will tour
this famous zoo and enjoy a delicious lunch at Park Place Café located in the park. You
won't want to miss this! Program fee includes admission to the zoo. Please bring
additional spending money for lunch and souvenirs.
