What does this award mean to you?
This is the fifth time that I am receiving the award so I am honoured
that my efforts to provide exceptional customer service is not only
recognised by members and guests, but also by the Club management.
What are some of the habits that you practise at work?
Firstly, I am always cheerful and friendly when I greet members, even
when I am not in my best mood. Secondly, I try to be meticulous when
handling all situations so that errors are reduced. Lastly, I take the
effort to recognise members and always greet them by their names
every time I see them, thereby adding a very personal touch to my
service.
How will this award motivate you to serve our members better?
With or without this award, I have always felt very motivated at work
and I will continue to provide consistent excellent service in the future.

What does this award mean to you?
This is the third time I have received the award and I think it shows that
members do appreciate the extra service and assistance rendered to
them.
What are some of the habits that you practise at work?
I always do my best to help and assist members and guests in any
way and every way possible. I believe in always going the extra mile
for them.
How will this award motivate you to serve our members better?
With this award, I am even more motivated to give my all and continue
to do well in serving our members and guests. I want to make more of
them happy when coming to our Club.
