Seen & Heard We are delighted to present our staff who have achieved the overall Top Service Excellence Awards for the year 2019/2020. Some of them have received this award more than once, which is a reflection of their good work ethics and passion they possess when performing their roles. Congratulations to all! Golf – Adeline Ng, Customer Service Officer (Driving Range) What does this award mean to you? I am very happy to receive the award. I feel that my work is being recognised and appreciated by the members and guests. What are some of the habits that you practise at work? I assist members and guests in checking for available bays, guiding them on the use of Sky Trak and also addressing their queries and giving them the best solutions to make their visit to the Sky Range an enjoyable experience. How will this award motivate you to serve our members better? This award will inspire and motivate me to do better and provide excellent service to our members and guests, and to make them feel at home while they are at the Sky Range. Resort & MMC – Victor Chia, Customer Service Officer (Resort Bowl) What does this award mean to you? I am glad to have received this award. I believe that every little thing that I do brings a broad smile to our members and guests. What are some of the habits that you practise at work? I treat all members and guests fairly by always giving my 100% when providing my service and always going the extra mile for them. How will this award motivate you to serve our members better?
