A New Chapter for Members: BetterLife and CSA Fraternal Life Merge
BetterLife and CSA Fraternal Life have merged to form a unified, stronger organization. With all the planning, legal steps, delegate votes, and board approvals now complete, the official merger closing documents were signed on October 1, 2025. The organizations are now moving forward together as one. 1
Why Did BetterLife and CSA Merge? Both organizations have consistently prioritized supporting their members, helping communities, and preserving traditions. BetterLife and CSA share values like family, community service, education, and patriotism. Their histories go back over 100 years, and both honor their Czech and Slovak heritage. Leaders recognized that by combining their strengths, they could offer more opportunities for their members. 2
Chris Campbell, BetterLife’ s Chief Executive Officer, said,“ BetterLife members understand that physical health is just one part of a healthy life. We like to say,‘ Better means belonging’ because our member groups are about building relationships and being active in their communities.” John Kielczewski, BetterLife’ s Senior Vice President, Fraternal Development, and former CSA President, added,“ This merger keeps us true to the heart of who we are and will allow us to do even more for members in the future.” 3
