A Message

From Our

CEO

Following BetterLife’ s successful merger with the Czechoslovak Society of America( CSA) over the summer, we are creating valuable opportunities for members to flourish while preserving and celebrating the uniquely rich heritage of both organizations. With our united strengths, passions, and service, we are building a stronger, more connected community and lasting legacy.

Through this partnership, we have increased our footprint from 20 to 33 states and added 16,000 members in 42 new communities. Employees from both organizations now work together on our shared, community-focused mission— strengthening existing services and launching innovative products to better meet our members’ needs as well as create meaningful impact in the communities we serve.
I am also pleased to report that CSA’ s John Kielczewski has joined the BetterLife Senior Leadership Team as Senior Vice President of Fraternal Development, helping guide our growth strategy through partnerships.
As the holiday season approaches, we are deeply grateful for the fellowship, milestones, and enduring bonds our growing community has shared over the last year. In this issue, we invite you to discover and celebrate these inspiring achievements with us.
Our signature events continue to provide the camaraderie, support, and connection that are at the heart of our member-first commitment. We hope you will join us at an upcoming member meeting, holiday party, fundraising event, or community activity as we finish up 2025 with the continued warmth, energy, and drive that define the BetterLife spirit.
In Gratitude,
