BetterLife is licensed to issue new Life Insurance and Annuity contracts in 27 states( AZ, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, IA, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MT, NE, ND, OH, OK, SD, TN, TX, WA, WI, WV, and WY) and is currently conducting business as BetterLife Insurance Company in OR. In all other states, new policies are not available at this time.
