Step 1 Using two 7 ” x 2 ”, two 6 ” x 2 ” and one 5 ” x 4 ” cake tins , bake your cakes and allow to cool .
Step 2 While your cakes are baking , prepare your wafer florets . Start by cutting A4 sheets of wafer paper into 4 .
Step 3 You will need approximately 15 A4 sheets in total .

Using a cake streamer , carefully hold a cut rectangle above the steam and pinch in the centre first then bring in the sides to create a floret .
Step 5 Step 6 They should look something like this .
Using a paintbrush and some clear piping gel , generously brush the edges of the floret . Uou can paint as much as little of the edges as you like .
