Step 7 In a deep bowl , pour in your favourite sprinkles . Making sure they aren ’ t too bulky . I ’ m using white nonpareils .

Step 9 Once your cakes have cooled , start stacking the cakes using buttercream to sandwich . Place your stacked cake in the fridge for an hour to let it set firm .
Step 10
Once out of the fridge , begin carving the cake into a cone shape . PRO TIP : carve small pieces at a time . Its easier to take more off than to put pieces back on !
Step 11 Once your happy with your shape , apply a thin crumb coat with your buttercream and refrigerate again for 20 minutes .
Step 12 Apply a thicker layer of your buttercream to create your final cone shape .
