Health and nutrition was a life-long focus for Janet. She was an adventurer who explored many corners of the world. Her passion was service to others through the Mona- donock Congregational Church where she was a beloved Sunday School teacher and a member of the choir. Her crystal clear mezzo soprano could be heard for almost 60 years. Most everyone in town has, at one time or another, admired wreaths with bows she tied for the annual Christmas Bazaar. In her earlier years, Janet enjoyed being a member of the Colebrook Garden Club, book clubs, exercise clubs, Bible Studies at the Monadonock Congregational Church, participating in area choirs and acting in town plays that raised money for Colebrook’s school system.
