6- November- 2025 www. wsca. org WSCA Digital Spotlight WSCA Board Meeting Minutes

Championship Horse Show: James Duenow
Entries are in at about 67 % of 2025’ s entries. The tent is up. Simon’ s has been setting up the stalls in the tent. The question was asked if stalls under the tent would have stall mats. The stalls in the tent are set on sand, so no mats are provided. All horses for pleasure days will be housed inside barn. Daily start time has been pushed back to 8am. The committee has decided that Wednesday’ s classes will not be under a split arena. This will allow us to save costs by only requiring one camera, and to provide a better overall experience to exhibitors. Food vendor availability has been confirmed and a schedule is being worked on. A number for OnSite sanitation will be provided for campers who need servicing. Liz will be placing a supply order soon, and will connect with James to see if any additional supplies are needed. Accommodations will be made for Adaptive Riding exhibitors for unloading and tacking up. Rail classes will be split for entries over 20. Each class will place to 10, so long as there are 10 entries. The champ show program has gone to Herald Journal for print.
