www.newellstrength.com www.unlockingyourinnerstrength.com I admit, I have dieted. In fact, most of my life I was a diet-a-holic. Was my dieting ever driven by my love for restriction? For becoming a prisoner in my own life? Or possibly was it driven by my want to give up my ‘freedom’ to eat what I want, when I want to? Hell no. And if you are a man reading this, I can guarantee that unless you are in the rare 1%, then you too have dieted and in some way it was driven into you by a female that you had to diet. I am not saying that females have sinister agenda when it comes to male dieting, most of the times, it’s because we either want to look better for a female or because our spouse is worried about our health. Seriously, besides athletics, what other reason on Earth is there? Because I can’t think of one. Dieting is about less, less, less. It’s about taking away more and more until there is nothing to take away anymore. For men, dieting is forced upon them. Let me reverse engineer it for a split sec. If man were to diet to attract a woman, it would be to put on muscle or to lose fat.
