360 DEGREES OF REFLECTION

ROBERT WHITTLESEY
As AAMD ' s first President, Robert set the organization for a long path to echo far longer than his leadership. The early pioneers of AAMD were very wise. They built a strong foundation that fostered business growth and career advancement.
ROBYN CUE
Robyn has been a marketing and training expert in the industry as far back as I can remember, and has contributed mightily to AAMD Education and training programs.
ROCKY SUNDLING ^
Rocky is another one of those AAMD " Mount Rushmore " candidates. His commitment over the decades to make us stronger, more interesting, more fun, more valuable... is unprecedented! His accolades are mind boggling and his body of work absorbs deeply into all aspects of the Association: Advocacy, Education, Financial Strength, Public Relations, Staff Development, NAA … just to name a few. Rocky ' s sense of when to add a little humor to a tense situation is brilliant.
RON GOETZ
Ron exemplified the heart of dedicated service to the industry and the Association. His work on several committees including the Golf Event were exceptional and turned good ideas into great results. Ron taught me how AAMD could impact all levels in the industry.
ROSEMARIE SELMAN
Rose and I served on the NAA Association Executive Council together in the early 2000 ' s. She was a force who drove NAA to better serve the affiliates and provide more value for the Executives across the NAA network.
ROWAN THOMPSON
Rowan helped take our education programing to a new level. She was always so willing to do whatever it took to get the job done.
RUSS WEBB
Russ started around the same time I did in 1999 with the Georgia Apartment Association. He ' s been an inspirational colleague to bounce ideas around. He ' s also a Tech Wizard and has been featured at our TechCon several times. He always reinforces the concept of having a business mindset.
RYAN THEISS
Ryan was our Communications and Publications manager in the early 2000 ' s. He had an eye for both creativity and being detail oriented. For me Ryan emphasized the importance of Family both at home and the office.
SANDI DUMAS
Sandi was an excellent volunteer who made strong impact on AAMD in the areas of Education and Trade Show. She always lead with high standards and expectations, but embraced being vulnerable in pursuit of stronger and more meaningful relationships. Her leadership helped us grow our signature event and break attendance records at the Education Conference.
SANDY DRAGO
Sandy was AAMD ' s first female President. She was a super sharp and tough leader. She carved a path for many, many excellent female leaders of our industry to serve on the Board and as AAMD President.
SARAH CINDERWOOD
Sarah brings fresh ideas and high powered energy to our Education Advisory Council. She ' s a proven Career Development pro and a passionate leader who focuses on empowering and supporting her team ' s development
SARAH EDISON
Sarah has taught me how much energy and enthusiasm count. Even when we don ' t have all the answers, great energy can sometimes be enough. She is a scrappy go-getter whose volunteerism remind us that one person’ s time and heart can ripple out to change a community. Sarah is a smart relationship builder who consistently delivers for us.
SARAH RULLO
Sarah is such a positive person who shines no matter how big the challenge. Her leadership style is to cheer on her team, advocate for their best interests and build momentum … She brings such great energy to AAMD and our amazing Bowling Event.
SARAH MALONE
Sarah taught me a lot about the supplier side of the business and the national side of the association. Her steady guidance has brought out the best in others, showing that leadership is an act of service.
SARAH MCILWAINE
A trailblazer, creatively carved paths for others to follow. Sarah transformed some of our council programs with ideas that are still a part of our fabric.
