THE PEOPLE BEHIND OUR SUCCESS

RICK BERNOT
Rick is one of those MVP volunteers always so helpful, especially at the annual Chili Cook Off. Rick always is super generous with his time and has a huge heart. He continues to deliver great service to the industry and AAMD.
REED RICE ^
Reed reminded us daily that this industry is about people, relationships and friends. If you were talking to Reed you felt as though you were the only one in the room- his laser focus on you and your needs. A special man who gave so much to AAMD over the years.
REMINGTON GREENE
Remington was of our most effective IROC Chairs and leaders. With an astute business mind, he was able to elevate our IROC forums and deliver what members really needed to grow their business. Remington taught me how to make and keep valuable connections.
REX GAMBRELL
Rex was a guiding force at the local, state and national levels. As AAMD President, CAA President, and NAA RVP during some very challenging years, his support was unwaivering, his focus was professional, his attention to detail keen. It was a very fitting and I was honored to be inducted into the AAMD Hall of Fame with Rex and Scott Kirkwood.
RICK KANAS
Rick was in the room on my first day as I was introduced to the Board in 1999. Everyone welcomed me and briefly introduced themselves. Rick said " I ' m the fun one, and were going to have some fun!" He was right. Rick taught me that a cornerstone of AAMD was providing fun and rewarding experiences. He reminded me frequently to place a high value on our volunteers.
ROBERT CARR
Robert was CAA President in 2016, his leadership style was defined not by authority, but by generosity— giving time, guidance, and genuine care to the organization. Robert taught and reminds me of how a calm demeanor is much more powerful.
ROBERT ALLDREDGE ^
Bob is a tough minded business person with a first class heart. He served on the AAMD Board many years ago, but keeps volunteering on JLAC and in other key roles to continue guiding AAMD. Bob has taught me about taking responsibility and encouraging a culture of accountability.
RHONDA HANSCH >
Rhonda ' s vision set the tone for me within the first few months of my tenure. AAMD was essentially broke; matter of fact I checked the bank balance a few weeks into the job and we only had $ 312 in the operating account. The Board had just changed the Mission Statement and Rhonda & I made some tough decisions. Her legacy for me was rooted in how we shifted the mindset at AAMD to act more like a business.
