PAT HUTCHISON
Pat is leadership in motion, always building a forward thinking culture and lifting the people around her to form an amazing team. She taught me how to motivate and reward people by understand their individual needs.
PAT KLASS
Stepping up is what Pat does. When needed Pat has jumped back into key leadership roles for us... more than once. She has done so with grace and a positive mind set around complex challenges. Pat continues to teach me the value of the independent operators to AAMD.
PAT STANFORTH
Pat was a great partner at Griffis Blessing and AASC, especially as we worked to build stronger consensus amongst the CAA affiliates. Her business acumen and integrity was top notch. She always had such excellent judgment and taught me lessons around being an honorable leader.
PAUL KLATT
Part of the OG who made AAMD fun and interesting. Paul brought warmth to his business and his customers, and proved that excellence doesn’ t require distance or detachment. He and Rick Kanas were the original Fun Committee.
PAUL LUNDEEN
Former State Senator Lundeen was the kind of person we need more of in our State Legislature. He is smart, thoughtful, fair, extremely rational, and has an excellent sense of what ' s best for Colorado. Lundeen was a special sort of politician who always understood the economics of housing and the important role our industry plays in Colorado.
PAUL NOVESHANSKY
Paul was a model of giving, charity and promoting AAMD. He made us never forget that the Association is the people— about kindness, connection, and courage. His amazing volunteerism is now reflected each year in the Paul Noveshansky Diplomat Award given out to a member who models uncommon impact by building positive relations.
PAUL SMITH
Paul Smith is the Executive Director for the Utah Apartment Association. We ' ve collaborated over a wealth of different member programs and events over the years. I ' ve learned a lot from Paul ' s professionalism, patience and steady demeanor.
PEG HAWLEY
Peg has been impacting our industry and Association for decades as a dedicated Supplier Partner and avid volunteer for AAMD. Her genuine and practical approach have helped with a multitude of committees and AAMD programs.

PETE ZIMEK
Pete founded Novi, our Association Management Software company. NOVI and Pete have been instrumental in our growth and streamlining IT for our database systems. His innovative and collaborative approach gave us a voice on the ground floor of the software ' s development.

The multi talented Peter Kudla treats every situation with humility. He is an icon in the industry, a philanthropist and has a huge heart to match his smile.
PETE MUCCIO
Quickly becoming a rising rock star with AAMD, and partner with TSM- Pete Muccio is both an anchor and compass for our industry. So principled, so thoughtful, and with such vision- Pete has taught me the importance of clarity among many other lessons.
PHIL KLASS
Phil provides such an interesting perspective as a legal expert and IROC advocate, which makes him so valuable to AAMD. Phil taught me to be more willing with my time, he has such an understanding perspective and kindness towards everyone he encounters, and is an all around great guy.
RAY BAKER
Ray laid out the support and long term vision for advocacy and charity with AAMD / CAA. Literally and personally funding CAA for many, many years- Ray built a foundation for industry progress and protection.
