Mont is one of the most creative people I know. As my brother he inspires me to explore new depths of thinking and exploring important topics. As an artist he inspires me to think in untraditional ways. His brilliant paintings hang in my home and motivate me to be a stronger and resourceful person... and loving husband and father.
NANCY BURKE
Nancy knew how to work a room like no other. She was always able to generate interest in what she and AAMD were going to do next. She understands the political game better than most people, and as a result was able to achieve substantial influence to decision makers and elected officials.

Naomi has a flare and spark that ' s undeniable. Her leadership and volunteerism is mission driven with a passion for people. She champions her team ' s career growth and is purposefully inclusive and open minded about people.
NICK HERNANDEZ
Nick has been such a key part of the AAMD fabric over the last several years, impacting both maintenance educational priorities and supplier partner value. He is no average Joe because of his compassion, creativity and spark for what ' s relevant now, but then again- he is an " Average Joe " Go Nuggs!

We have worked with Nick and his team for 25 yrs managing AAMD investments. Initially about $ 20k and now valued at over $ 5M. It ' s been a great partnership allowing AAMD to walk tall as an organization. Nick taught me that money makes money, and the money that money makes- makes money too!
NICOLE HILDEBRAND
Nicole has helped shape and advance our Affordable Housing Committee with roundtables, forums and educational programs providing guidance for LIHTC and value add portfolio managers. She ' s been a great asset for the industry and the Association in Denver and Northern Colorado.

Nicole is a results driven leader and a culture centric coach for her team members. She brings a creative and fresh approach to AAMD leadership and next year ' s June Awards event
